We generally arrive 45-60 minutes prior to rental start time.
We require a $100 deposit (via paypal/credit card, Venmo or Zelle as method of payment) to secure/reserve your booking. Upon receipt of your deposit we will provide you an invoice/contract and an additional inquiry form to help prepare for your event. The form will have a selection of backdrops, template and other add-ons you may want to add to your package. Or you can request an invoice /contract before making a deposit.
The remaining amount is due 3 days prior to event (another invoice will be sent). If scheduled within a timeframe less than 14 days in advance of Client’s Event the total amount is due in FULL. Payment can be made using paypal/credit card, Venmo and Zelle.

We have a variety of props including but not limited to: Hats, crowns, tiaras, masks, signs, fun sunglasses, sunstasches, etc.
Our assortment of props can cover most occasions, however, if you would like to add more themed props that relate to your event, you are welcome to. Theme specific props can be found at stores such as Party City or Amazon.com.

We currently have an option of Gold, Silver, Black, Blue, Red, White and many more that comes standard with each package. In addition to those, we have a Green-Screen add-on option ($200) which allows you to have virtually any background you’d like. Ask about the Green Screen add-on for more details.

A 10W x 10L Ft space is preferred to accommodate booth setup. A minimum of 8W x 8WL Ft space is required. We will need to be within 10 Ft of a working power outlet. If your event is outside, you must provide all of the above PLUS level ground. It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure adequate space for equipment for operation as listed.
Yes, the social media option can be added to any package for an additional $50 (Wi-Fi must be available). The social-media option will allow your guest to send their picture to Facebook, Twitter, and/or E-mail.
Yes, there is a section in the additional inquiry form. We ask you for some details to fully customize the printout for your event (colors to use, size, of printout, logo, words, etc).
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the non- refundable reservation fee shall be forfeited and event cancelled. If event is cancelled by the client for any reason, the non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited.
Refunds are only granted in acts of natural disaster or otherwise as a courtesy at the discretion of Efotoz.

Yes. For your protection and ours, Efotoz has a $2million liability policy.
Yes! Our attendants are courteous and professionals. They will arrive 45-60 minutes before your time, set up and break down the photo booth, and assist your guests. Our Attendants ensure everyone has a memorable experience at your event.
- Our booth space requires a minimum of 8×8 for the photo booth or 10 x 10 for the 360.
- A power outlet should be within 30 feet, and the ground must be level.
- We will also need a venue-provided table for props.
- If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided.
